This role serves as the point person for work-related requests communicated to unit management, trains and acclimates new associates to the company and client culture, and demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients. The Lead Server promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues, assists in employee selection and orientation, and oversees staff training in areas of responsibility.
