About The Position

SentiLink is building high-performing teams to tackle some of the most complex problems in identity, risk, and fraud, and we are looking for a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in that growth. In this role, you will own full cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, while remaining flexible to support business and go-to-market hiring as company priorities evolve. You will also partner closely with leadership on complex and high-impact searches, including leadership roles. This is a highly collaborative role for a recruiter who brings strong talent-market expertise, sound judgment, and a willingness to operate as a fungible recruiting partner across the organization. You will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, help shape hiring strategy, and provide informal leadership and mentorship to other recruiters and recruiting partners. This is a remote, U.S.-based position. Candidates based in Austin who are able to work regularly from one of our office locations are especially encouraged to apply.
