About The Position

Genpact is seeking a Lead - Selling Engagement Manager to drive the growth of digital solutions within a prioritized portfolio of accounts. This role involves creating, shaping, and responding to new challenges within specific industry verticals (e.g., consumer goods, retail, banking & financial services) to support Genpact's Sales and Transformation Services community. The digital sales team has experienced recent growth and success with new logos and expanding digital footprints with existing customers. The Selling Engagement Manager will identify, shape, and close revenue-generating opportunities by leveraging carefully selected, repeatable offerings and solutions for driving change in specific vertical industries. This role combines cutting-edge digital solutions with deep domain expertise to foster innovation and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor in establishing relationships with the CIO organization and assisting clients think through challenging business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of a client's business and the use of various technologies to craft transformational value propositions.
  • Proactively create, identify, and develop opportunities in the technology and data space (ERPs, Custom Development support, consolidation, Data Analytics, Datalake Advisory and Implementation).
  • Provide domain and digital solution expertise and support to internal teams, including participation in RFI/RFP, proactive bids, customer-facing envisioning sessions/demonstrations, assessments, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional Genpact teams to assess and scope new opportunities (Oracle, SAP, Data ADM, Delivery, solutioning, etc.).
  • Expand Genpact's positioning in the market by helping develop new offerings and thought leadership marketing.
  • Own delivery estimations, solutioning, and pricing for proposed client solutions, and work closely with Genpact and clients in the creation and closure of customer MSAs, SOWs, Change requests, etc.
  • Work in close partnership with Genpact Solutions SMEs and other consulting leaders within Genpact to successfully establish and grow client relationships, innovate with clients, and win deals.
