About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Lead Security Officer for a Concierge post. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and engaging with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position offers a set schedule of 40 hours per week, Saturday through Wednesday, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (3rd shift), with a competitive hourly wage of $19. DailyPay is available for employees. Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience
Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
Possession of a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (training can be obtained during the hiring process)

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Manage 3rd shift security team
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
