About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Lead SAP Technical Architect position for our client. This role serves as the client-facing technical lead for SAP HANA and related SAP technologies. The architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP HANA systems and technical landscapes. Key responsibilities include developing system architecture and data models that support performance, scalability, and high availability, leading SAP cloud migration initiatives (including RISE with SAP and NS2 environments), and supporting the integration of SAP HANA with various SAP environments such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, and HCM. The role also involves planning and executing data migrations, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP HANA environments, collaborating with clients and technical teams, and developing technical documentation. Staying current with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, cloud technologies, and evolving SAP best practices is crucial.

Requirements

SAP HANA and S/4HANA architecture and administration

SQL and SAP data modeling
SAP Data Services and data migration
System monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership
Proven experience serving as a technical lead or architect for SAP HANA implementations and complex SAP environments.
Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP HANA landscapes.
Hands-on experience with SAP cloud migration and RISE with SAP/NS2 environments.
Experience migrating data from multiple source systems using SAP LT/SLT, SAP Data Services, or comparable SAP tools.
Experience integrating SAP HANA with enterprise SAP applications and platforms.
Strong experience with system architecture, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients, lead technical discussions, gather requirements, and provide architectural guidance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
