Lead SAP PP Functional Analyst

Own and optimize SAP ECC Production Planning processes supporting HVAC parts manufacturing operations. This role will ensure stable, scalable, and efficient planning and production execution.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 8 years related experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle ECC implementations.
- Strong integration knowledge with SD/MM.
- Experience in discrete manufacturing (HVAC preferred).
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP ECC PP module.
- Manage MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders.
- Optimize capacity planning and shop floor integration.
- Support Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) scenarios.
- Ensure integration with SAP SD, MM, and EWM/WM.
- Lead enhancements, change requests, and production support (L3).
- Conduct business workshops and drive process standardization.
