About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer with over 7 years of experience in enterprise applications and production support. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in various Salesforce development technologies and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. The ideal candidate will be able to independently design scalable Salesforce solutions, communicate effectively, and work with minimal guidance.

Requirements

7+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise applications and production support.
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript and SOQL optimization.
Good knowledge of bulkification, governor limits, trigger recursion, getter/setter, indexing, Query Plan and Skinny Tables.
Experience in REST/SOAP integrations, server-to-server communication, OAuth and JSON payload processing.
Hands-on exposure to Platform Events, Pub/Sub, Custom Metadata, Custom Labels and FFLIB framework.
Experience with Experience Cloud/Sites, Salesforce CMS, Person Accounts and Account Contact Relationships.
Strong production-support skills covering incident management, SLA adherence, debugging, log analysis, performance tuning and root-cause analysis.
Experience with VS Code, GitHub, Postman, Workbench, ANT, Change Sets and Agile delivery.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to B2B/D2C Commerce, DocuSign and payment gateway integrations is preferred.
