Lead Salesforce Developer
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions across enterprise-grade implementations. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex development, integrations, and hands-on experience with enterprise clouds such as Salesforce including Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong focus on Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC, Aura)
- Advanced proficiency in Apex programming (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
- Strong integration experience using: REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Bulk API / Data Loader frameworks
- Deep experience in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets)
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling and governor limits optimization
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architecture decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for Salesforce
- Experience in Financial Services domain (banking, wealth management, insurance)
- Experience with data migration and large-scale enterprise implementations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment across multiple orgs/environments
- Architect and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (as needed)
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs with external systems
- Lead development efforts across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define system requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines are followed
- Optimize Salesforce performance, data model design, and automation processes
- Participate in release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis
