About The Position
The State of Ohio is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The selected consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures while ensuring long-term platform stability, security, and performance. This role requires deep expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, integrations, DevOps, and Salesforce architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions
- Strong expertise with Salesforce Configuration, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows
- Experience with OmniStudio: FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures
- Experience designing solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), LPI Data Model
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs, Middleware, Integration Frameworks
- Experience with Complex Data Modeling, Security Design, Performance Optimization, Data Governance, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules
- Experience with DevOps Tools, CI/CD, Version Control, Release Management
- Salesforce Developer Certification (PDI/PDII) – Required
