About The Position

We’re on the hunt for friendly, motivated people to join our Business Development team as Lead Sales Rep. Your mission: pop into local businesses, say hi, share what we do, and help them get a quick, no-fuss estimate for our services. Fish Window Cleaning has been keeping things bright for decades—nearly 50 years of being the reliable, friendly neighbor businesses count on. Our location has proudly served North Raleigh and Wake Forest since 2009. We’re big on great service and good vibes. We’re always finding ways to level up, and we keep things friendly and low-stress on the team. Best part? No long hours and no weekends required.

Requirements

  • You’ve got a solid work ethic and follow-through
  • You’re comfortable walking into shops, restaurants, and offices and starting a friendly conversation
  • You like working independently and running your own day
  • You’ve got reliable transportation and a smartphone
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is a plus (but if you’re coachable, we can work with that)

Responsibilities

  • Stop by local businesses (yep—door to door) and put together quick commercial estimates
  • Walk/canvass business districts and introduce us to the neighborhood
  • Get comfy with our services, pricing, and promos so you can answer questions like a pro
  • Collect feedback from businesses and bring the good ideas back to the team
  • Swap ideas with the team on routes, outreach, and conversation starters that actually work
  • Keep track of your daily visits and results (so we can celebrate what’s working)
