Requirements
- Previous sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Passionate about fitness and wellness
Nice To Haves
- Experience using Club Ready is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Conduct studio tours and intro class sales presentations
- Serve as a leader and mentor for the sales team
- Support the General Manager in executing sales strategies and team training
- Promote retail, private training, and upsells to increase studio revenue
- Ensure data accuracy and follow-up tracking in Club Ready software
- Deliver a top-tier experience to every prospect and member
