About The Position

Viking Coca-Cola is hiring a full-time, onsite Lead Sales Merchandiser for the Monticello/Buffalo/Big Lake/Princeton/Elk River area. The role manages customer inventory through accurate order entry on handheld devices and maintains merchandising standards by rotating products for freshness. It involves customer service, assisting with deliveries and display building, and training and coaching full-time and part-time merchandisers. The Lead Sales Merchandiser also communicates with sales representatives and drivers, executes sell-in initiatives, manages product rotation and damage within budget, and promptly addresses customer issues. Other duties include keeping equipment clean, managing spills, completing paperwork accurately, collecting payments when needed, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to use handheld devices for order entry and inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with customers and store managers.
