Lead Sales Associate
About The Position
The Lead Sales Associate supports the studio’s sales team and daily operations while helping members improve how they feel, move, and live. The role includes opening and closing the studio, preparing the space for members, reviewing appointments and goals with the team, coaching team members, monitoring performance, solving problems, and onboarding and training new Sales Associates. The Lead Sales Associate may step in to keep the studio running smoothly when the Studio Manager is off-site. Stretch Zone provides management training, mentorship, and a stated advancement path to Studio Manager and Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
- Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.

Responsibilities
- Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for members.
- Review the day’s appointments and goals with the team.
- Coach and support team members, check in on performance, and help solve problems.
- Assist with onboarding and training new Sales Associates.
- Step in to support studio operations when the Studio Manager is off-site.
- Help close the studio, recognize team achievements, and prepare for the next day.
