Requirements

Proven sales track record with demonstrated closing ability.
Leadership experience, including managing or mentoring a team.
Competitive mindset with a history of setting and achieving goals.
Customer-first attitude.
Data fluency, including the ability to run reports and act on insights.
Comfortable opening and closing the studio.
Ability to model expected behavior for the team.

Nice To Haves

Wellness or fitness background.
Personal training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF).
License in therapeutic massage or other accredited bodywork.

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales, acting as the primary closer for new memberships.
Lead and develop the sales team through daily coaching and accountability.
Retain members by ensuring engagement and follow-up.
Manage and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and drive action.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
Oversee daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain high standards.
Assist with onboarding and training new Sales Associates.
Support the Studio Manager and step in when they are off-site.
