Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and a team player mentality.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of Pilates or fitness trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

Convert Leads into membership
Follow up with all new inquiries and trail clients
Drive membership sales to hit monthly revenue goals
Drive membership sales through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
Conduct studio tours and showcase our unique Pilates offerings to potential clients.
Welcome and assist clients in their fitness journey, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage daily sales operations, including tracking leads and following up with prospective members.
Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies and events.
Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Support the overall goals of the studio by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
