About The Position

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience that helps guests feel inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will promote the Frontgate brand in every guest interaction and ensure the team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. You will guide company programs, increase sales, and help the store exceed expectations. This role is onsite at the West Chester, Ohio location. Relocation assistance is not available. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. You will report to the Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience in the specialty retail industry; experience is noted as not required.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (including maintaining complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
Ability to meet additional physical requirements, such as climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional guest experience and lead a team of service-minded associates.
Coach team members on product knowledge and equip them to meet guest needs.
Partner with the Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs to ensure the store is visually compelling.
Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.
Promote the Frontgate brand and ensure the team exemplifies its values, standards, and experiences.
Guide company programs and help increase sales and exceed store expectations.
