Elite Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is looking for energetic, customer-focused Lead Sales Associates who enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and helping customers find the right wireless solutions. Responsibilities

Welcome every customer and create an outstanding shopping experience.
Learn about customers' needs and recommend the best phones, accessories, and service plans.
Build lasting relationships that encourage customers to return.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to store success.
Demonstrate the latest wireless technology and accessories.
Help customers set up new devices and explain product features.
Stay knowledgeable about promotions and new products.
Complete training and stay up to date on products and promotions.
Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.
Help maintain inventory accuracy and store security.
Support store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Open and close the store.
Lead by example and support teammates.
Assist with daily operations and merchandising.
Help maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure the store looks clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support management with operational tasks and special projects.
