About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking high-energy sales professionals who are also fitness enthusiasts and have a desire to expand their career by helping grow our membership base and change people's lives. The Member Consultant assists in running all "front of house" fitness studio operations while creating a warm, fun environment. We are much more personalized and community-based than the big-box gyms. The ideal candidate has a very outgoing personality, strong customer service skills, and sales and/or marketing experience. This role offers competitive compensation with significant earning potential and opportunities for rapid advancement in responsibilities and pay.

Requirements

Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Energetic and Positive/Upbeat attitude & personality!!!
Social, Outgoing and enjoy talking with people.
Have a desire and drive to do what it takes to succeed.
Love fitness and want to help change people's lives.
Ability to do 2 Orangetheory classes a week.
Must have worked in a quota bearing structure.
Functional computer skills required – Excel a plus.
Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
High school diploma required.
Customer Service Skills: 2 years
Sales: 2 years
Graduated from high school or equivalent or higher

Nice To Haves

Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow in responsibility, leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas/succeeding in an inside/outside sales position.
Fitness industry experience.
Health & Fitness minded.
Experience with fitness membership sales.
Undergraduate degree.
