About The Position
Live Fit Gym and Wellness Club is a full-service boutique-style health club specializing in wellness and personal training services. They aim to provide a high-end experience and welcoming community atmosphere with state-of-the-art equipment and resources for all members and colleagues. Founded in 2007, Live Fit Gym and Wellness Club strives to help the community through fitness, wellness, and a connection to mind and body. This Part Time Membership Advisor Sales position requires someone energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. The role involves meeting daily sales goals, presenting wellness and fitness plans, handling prospects and inquiries, conducting facility tours, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating brand knowledge, working the front desk, initiating sales of ancillary services, creating a friendly atmosphere, adhering to policies, facilitating member requests, maintaining professionalism, keeping the work area clean, assisting with management projects, and following the Employee Handbook. Reliability and timeliness are essential.
Requirements
- Self motivator with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and who is courteous, respectful, and supportive of others needs towards colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
- Knows and surpasses daily sales goals, professionally and effectively presenting our Wellness & Fitness Plans.
- Handles all Prospects, guest traffic, phone inquiries, scheduling of appointments, etc.
- Conduct high quality tours of facility.
- Provide outstanding customer service. Interact and observe members, make recommendations and proactively solve problems.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Live Fit brand, Wellness Services and facilities.
- Work from front desk, answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner.
- Initiate the selling of personal training, massage, and all ancillary services at point of sale.
- Create friendly atmosphere for members and guests.
- Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
- Maintain professional manner at all times.
- Keep work area clean, neat and organized.
- Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
- Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
- Be reliable and timely for all work.
