About The Position

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company, is seeking a Lead Safety Administrator to support safety programs through administration, data management, and program coordination. The role works closely with Quanta Operating Units (OPUs), internal business units, and external clients. It helps develop and maintain safety standards, manages and audits safety data in third-party systems, and converts that data into metrics and KPIs for internal and external reporting. The position may require travel of up to 10% of the time.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of safety administration experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members.
Strong problem evaluation and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Support Quanta OPUs with safety program implementation, data collection, and reporting.
Help develop, document, and continuously improve Quanta safety standards, processes, and procedures.
Audit safety data in third-party systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across OPUs.
Review and analyze safety hours, incidents, and good catches in third-party websites to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for reporting.
Help build, track, and refine safety metrics and KPIs, and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership and clients.
Manage and coordinate safety-focused meetings with internal business units, Quanta OPUs, and external clients, including agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-up.
Perform other duties as assigned.
