About The Position

This role is hands-on and requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the roofing trade. The position involves assisting service technicians with various roofing tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Responsibilities include managing tools and materials, preparing surfaces, identifying leaks, and ensuring job site safety.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, shingles, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction or roofing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with roof repairs, maintenance, and inspections
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
• Clean and prepare roof surfaces before and after repairs
• Help identify roof leaks and problem areas
• Set up ladders, safety equipment, and job site protection
• Remove debris and ensure job sites are clean and safe
• Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (if qualified)
