About The Position

The Lead Retail Team Member supports store leadership and fellow team members in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail environment. The role includes conducting team member orientation and training, completing inventory reports, and operating the register as needed. The position also provides customer service and prepares and cooks Maverik Bonfire food items according to established recipes while maintaining appealing food displays. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have schedule flexibility, including the potential to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible schedule, including potential availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, pushing, and lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
