Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment
Previous experience working with point of sale system required
High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple retail locations, serving as the primary point of contact for Retail Supervisors while coordinating staffing assignments
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue while enhancing the guest experience
Support promotional programs, seasonal merchandising initiatives, and product launches to drive business results
Oversee inventory activities including stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, organization, and monthly counts
Ensure compliance with point-of-sale procedures, financial controls, and operational standards across the store, conducting audits to verify adherence to merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention requirements
Prepare operational reports, communicate business updates to leadership, and assist with store reset execution while analyzing business performance and inventory trends to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency
Other duties as assigned by management
