Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years prior retail sales experience preferred.
- CER License is required
Responsibilities
- Assists Supervisor in overseeing the day- to- day tasks of the Retail Outlets.
- Under direction from the Shift Supervisor, responsible for the maintaining visual standards and creating and maintaining effective displays.
- Assists the Shift Supervisor in maintaining inventory levels.
- Trouble shoots process or technical issues for Associates.
- Provides quality customer service by displaying expertise in merchandising, fashion, fit and product knowledge.
- Builds sales volume based on customer service, sales, expertise, merchandising and fashion knowledge, and most importantly, on customer satisfaction.
- Assists with training the Sales Associates in selling techniques, customer service and establishing clientele.
- Promotes positive guest/client relations.
- Completes special assignments as requested by the Shift Supervisor.
