Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years prior retail sales experience preferred.
  • CER License is required

Responsibilities

  • Assists Supervisor in overseeing the day- to- day tasks of the Retail Outlets.
  • Under direction from the Shift Supervisor, responsible for the maintaining visual standards and creating and maintaining effective displays.
  • Assists the Shift Supervisor in maintaining inventory levels.
  • Trouble shoots process or technical issues for Associates.
  • Provides quality customer service by displaying expertise in merchandising, fashion, fit and product knowledge.
  • Builds sales volume based on customer service, sales, expertise, merchandising and fashion knowledge, and most importantly, on customer satisfaction.
  • Assists with training the Sales Associates in selling techniques, customer service and establishing clientele.
  • Promotes positive guest/client relations.
  • Completes special assignments as requested by the Shift Supervisor.
