Since we are a small business, our RESTORATION TECHNICIANS' day-to-day responsibilities can vary at times! However, most of the time, you can expect to solely perform most of the following. Going to disaster projects and performing necessary tasks. Communicating closely with management and co-workers. Meeting our customers and explaining our processes. Maintaining an orderly and organized work area. Documenting via photos and written notes to staff and insurance carriers. Working closely with management on any special projects or customer concerns. Executing high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction. Provide extraordinary service and unparalleled communication. Respond to job sites as directed and perform all tasks in accordance with company and industry certified standards. Maintain and create accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, updates, and other documentation, as required for each job, including data entry into systems Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and obey all safety rules and regulations to prevent work hazards Maintain work truck in a clean and organized fashion, ensuring it is stocked with the equipment and supplies necessary to perform all work required at designated job sites Assist other departments and technicians as needed. Being the first point of contact on-site. Inspect job sites for quality control, ensuring that all work meets company and industry standards. Assist with training and mentoring new technicians, contributing to the team's skills. Be available for on-call emergency response and be the first on-site for water or fire damage calls.
