About The Position

This role involves working safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold. The technician will survey and evaluate damage, perform demolition using tools, conduct initial site visits, perform moisture inspections, set restoration equipment, and document job progress using the primary operating system (RMS) and photos. IICRC certification is available through offered classes.

Requirements

4+ years restoration experience preferred
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
Ability to participate in rotating on call schedule, incentives offered
Comfortable using job apps for documentation
Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offered

Responsibilities

Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
Survey damage within the property
Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools
Perform initial site visits to verify scope of work
Conduct moisture inspections
Set restoration equipment within guidelines
Complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS)
Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
Lead projects from start to finish
Show up on time and ready to work
Produce clean, straight, professional finishes
Protect customer property
Communicate job progress clearly
Keep your truck stocked and organized
Rotate on-call when scheduled
