You lead by example whether you are are hands-on while running point for a team or working independently in the field. From start to finish, you uphold safety and quality standards and ensure accurate documentation on every project.

Requirements

• Current IICRC certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in restoration or construction
• Valid Driver's License
• Desire to grow and ownership mentality
• Understanding of basic job site safety

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform emergency water extraction, demolition, and debris removal
• Set up, operate, and monitor mitigation and drying equipment
• Remediate areas damaged by water, fire, or mold
• Provide guidance to crew members while working alongside them
• Ensure EPA, OSHA, and local safety compliance, including proper PPE use
• Document job progress, complete sketches, humidity/psychrometry records, and drying objectives
• Inspect work as needed for quality, safety, and compliance
• Maintain, repair, and track equipment and consumables
• Keep company vehicle stocked, clean, and ready for use
