About The Position

Sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness. May work with adult, pediatric and neonatal patient populations. Acts as a resource person for other employees. May train or communicate instructions to other employees, perform minor scheduling, and inspect work to separate acceptable work from unacceptable. Serves as a contact person in the absence of a supervisor or director. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise performance. Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State.
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months of hospital based work experience, in the field of Respiratory Care
