Lead Residential Service Electrician
About The Position
ReliaBee is seeking a Lead Residential Service Electrician to help grow their electrical division in San Antonio. This role involves serving customers in the field while also contributing to the development of standards, processes, training, and culture for the electrical department. The position offers an opportunity to work directly with ownership, shape the direction of the company, and grow into a Master Electrician and future department leader. ReliaBee is a locally owned, woman-owned, family-operated company focused on providing integrated home services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and home performance.
Requirements
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License
- Strong residential service and diagnostic experience
- Experience with service upgrades, panel replacements, surge protection, EV charging, generators, lighting, troubleshooting, and residential electrical repairs
- Ability to educate homeowners and provide honest recommendations
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems
- Interest in mentoring others and helping grow a high-performing department
- Valid Texas Driver License

Responsibilities
- Serve customers in the field as an electrician.

- Contribute to customer experience initiatives.
