Requirements

Hands-on experience with electrical systems, service work, and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations
Strong communication skills with customers and teammates
Self-directed, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship
Comfortable using mobile technology and service management software

Nice To Haves

Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred; Apprentices with solid experience encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical service calls, repairs, and installations
Troubleshoot residential electrical systems and diagnose issues accurately and efficiently
Ensure all work meets local code requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
Complete service invoices using IPAD and communicate job details clearly to customers and the team
Identify opportunities to improve the customer's electrical system, present options professionally, and collect payments.
Represent Cooper's with professionalism and a customer-first attitude on every job site
