Lead Residential Plumbing Installer
About The Position
John Owens Services is seeking an experienced Lead Plumbing Installer to join their team. This role involves completing a variety of residential and light commercial installations, including tank and tankless water heaters, heat pump water heaters, toilets, faucets, fixtures, pressure reducing valves (PRVs), gas piping, water, sewer, and underground piping, whole-home re-pipes, and other plumbing installation projects. Requirements
- 3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Ability to independently complete installations with minimal supervision
- Experience installing a wide variety of plumbing fixtures and water heating equipment
- Professional communication skills with homeowners
- Dependability and punctuality
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and/or physical if required
- Excellent references

Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of residential and light commercial installations, including tank and tankless water heaters, heat pump water heaters, toilets, faucets, fixtures, and pressure reducing valves (PRVs), gas piping, water, sewer, and underground piping, whole-home re-pipes, and other plumbing installation projects.
- Lead by example and work well with an apprentice or helper.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Ensure clean, organized workmanship.
- Adhere to plumbing codes and installation best practices.
