About The Position

It may be Fall, but our customers still need exterior and interior paint! At Webfoot, we work hard to keep our painters working year round. And as we continue to grow, we're looking for a couple of Lead level painters to support our Crew Leaders and potentially train for a much desired Crew Leader position next Spring. Our consistent training and well defined processes allow all level painters to continue to perfect their trade skills and deliver top notch quality. And we have fun on the job, seriously! We currently have a need for a couple more Painters who have residential painting skills and want to perform work that they can be proud of while being paid a good wage including a full benefit package. Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven residential painting experience with a strong employment background
• Minimum age requirement of at least 18 years old
• Amazing customer service skills
• Excellent communicators in all situations
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and development in their craft
• Desire to be part of a high-performing team

Responsibilities
