This position is responsible for providing an advanced level of direct services in a long-term shelter environment (three months or more). The role is to model leadership to other Resident Monitors in the duties of maintaining order, rule compliance, and ensuring a safe and drug-free environment while working collaboratively with other staff to provide quality services and maintaining a therapeutic community. Accepts and processes residents into HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) in order for them to stay in lodge/shelter overnight; monitors the activity of residents on an assigned shift ensuring safety, security and compliance to behavioral expectations; maintains accurate and complete records and logs containing pertinent information; ensures that lodge is maintained in a neat and proper order.
