Requirements

8+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA/CFC Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
Pride in delivering quality workmanship
A team-first attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Comfortable using an iPad and communicating professionally through email

Nice To Haves

Boiler installation experience preferred
Technical school or associate degree is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Install equipment including: Heat Pumps, Gas & Oil Furnaces, Ductless Mini-Split Systems, Boilers, Geothermal Systems, And other residential HVAC equipment
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team when needed.
Mentor and train HVAC helpers, helping develop the next generation of technicians.
Complete installations correctly the first time and maintain accurate job documentation.
Represent Haller professionally in customers' homes.
