Requirements

Residential electrical installation experience required
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code requirements
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in the field
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead crews and maintain professionalism under pressure
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Motivated team player with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license required
Safe Driving Record Required
Minimum of 3 years of U.S. driving experience
No major driving violations within the past 3 years
No recent pattern of moving violations or preventable accidents

Responsibilities

Lead residential electrical installation projects from start to finish
Install electrical systems, panels, fixtures, wiring, and related components safely and efficiently
Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Train and mentor install helpers and junior technicians
Complete job documentation accurately and on time
Maintain proper truck inventory and equipment organization
Work closely with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure successful project completion
