About The Position

Ecolab's Nalco Water division is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to provide expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems. This role involves monitoring chemical usage and system performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate service documentation. The position is based in Montgomery, AL, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift. The role offers an opportunity to work independently in a dynamic field environment, utilize cutting-edge technologies, and help customers achieve sustainability goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments
No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or related field
Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment
Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems
