Requirements

Ability to communicate fluently in English with co-workers and guests
Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Basic computer skills and Microsoft application
Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends – required
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

Responsible for opening and closing store
Manage retail and rental inventory controls, and meet or exceed inventory goals
Enforce company policies and procedures, and loss prevention techniques
Demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products
Maintain retail merchandising standards
Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
Driving professional development in yourself as well as others
Administrative duties
Other duties as assigned
Manager on duty (when manager or assistant manager or not present), overseeing all aspects of all retail/rental operations
Manages through uncertainty and change positively
Manages a team of up to 15 frontline staff
Provides an important piece of our guests’ experience of a lifetime while in our resort by maintaining a strong culture of guest service
