Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of personal financial planning.
  • 10–15 years of industry experience, including substantial relationship management, portfolio management, fiduciary, and/or sales experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of any of the following is highly preferred: MBA and/or CFA, CFP, CIMA, CPWA, CAIA, CTFA and/or any professional designation that aligns with the financial services industry/wealth management.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement comprehensive client relationship plans, overseeing clients’ total relationship.
  • Assess clients’ banking and investment needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships, engage specialists, close sales, and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Structure and negotiate complex loans within lending limits while maintaining credit quality.
  • Advise clients on financial issues, products, services, tax and regulatory changes, and market conditions.
  • Coordinate partner teams to deliver accurate, timely solutions.
  • Engage and coordinate with clients’ external advisors (attorney, CPA, etc.).
  • Provide feedback on team members’ contributions to results.
