About The Position

Lead Rehabilitation Services at Providence Medford Medical Center. This posting represents Full-Time, Day Schedule. The Lead Rehab Therapist spends up to 20% of time in administrative duties to support clinic daily operations. Provides direct patient care therapy for service area (80% of time or more). Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.
  • Ph.D. in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
  • Fingerprinting may be required. (PL 540 and 580 only).
  • 2 years Experience working as a therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist).

  • Supervisory experience/Experience with management responsibilities.
