About The Position

The Lead Regulatory Project Coordinator supports the execution of regulatory activities across products and manufacturing sites, with a primary focus on coordinating field inspections and maintaining operational workflows. This role ensures regulatory work is properly tracked, documented, and completed on time while improving processes, tools, and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–7 years in operations, coordination, or compliance roles
  • Strong organizational and task management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint, Excel, or workflow tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end field inspection activities
  • Gather required inputs, prepare documentation, and submit inspection requests
  • Schedule and manage inspections across field technicians, program managers, and external partners (e.g. UL, CSA, local government inspectors)
  • Track status and ensure timely completion
  • Support creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and documentation
  • Track regulatory tasks and inspection status across projects
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and status reports
  • Create SOPs and workflows
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint)
  • Partner with engineering, field services, and external agencies
  • Support prioritization and respond to escalations
  • Communicate status, risks, and timelines clearly
