About The Position

This role is for a Lead Registration Specialist at Paoli Hospital. The position involves assisting management to ensure effective and efficient department operations, facilitating and monitoring the training of new staff, and coordinating ongoing in-servicing and education for current staff. The role also acts as a liaison between assigned sites and system Data Analyst Liaison for Education and Quality Assurance, and works with financial counseling staff to identify and resolve patient financial issues.

Requirements

• One to two years registration experience at an acute-care health facility required.
• Knowledge of third party payers and manage care guidelines required.
• Excellent computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
