Requirements
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in good standing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy environment
- Compassionate, detail-oriented approach to patient care
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience is an asset, but not required
Responsibilities
- Supporting veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Leading and supporting RVT team members to maintain high standards of care and workflow efficiency
- Monitoring anesthesia and assisting in surgery
- Running laboratory diagnostics and supporting treatment planning
- Educating clients on patient care, medications, and recovery
- Maintaining accurate medical records and hospital compliance
- Supporting onboarding and training of new team members
- Managing supplies, inventory, and equipment cleanliness
