Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director, Community Partnerships, the Lead Registered Nurse (LRN) will assist the Associate Director with managing a team of nurses, providing supervision and clinical guidance, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols, and promoting patient well-being through effective leadership and clinical expertise. This role requires a combination of excellent direct patient care skills and team management skills. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling and supervising Health & Faith Partnership Sites, providing direct patient care, and leading a collaborative and effective culture for the Health & Faith Partnership team. The LRN will also ensure that Nurses are up to date on needed trainings and clinical competencies to support quality patient support initiatives.
