The Lead MOUD Registered Nurse provides clinical and programmatic leadership for the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) program at the Fallsway site of Health Care for the Homeless. This is a low-barrier, walk-in program serving individuals with substance use disorders and complex health and social needs. The role is grounded in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and client-centered philosophies, supporting a full continuum of engagement from harm reduction and safer-use services to treatment initiation, ongoing engagement, and connection to primary care, behavioral health, and other services. The Lead MOUD RN is responsible for supervising MOUD nursing staff, supporting nursing practice standards, coordinating clinic workflows, and leading continuous quality improvement efforts. In partnership with the Lead MOUD Medical Provider, Director of Recovery Services, Senior Medical Director–Fallsway, operations colleagues, and interdisciplinary team members, this role ensures accessible, coordinated, whole-person care for clients accessing the MOUD clinic.
