About The Position

Provides administrative and clinical education support to management, including establishing respiratory therapy standards for the delivery of care. Serves as a resource for clinical issues as needed. Actively participates in new employee orientation, in-services, education, research programs, and quality and performance improvement programs within Respiratory Care Services.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Five years of experience in respiratory care in a hospital-based respiratory care setting, including routine, adult, and neonatal critical care.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
• Pennsylvania Respiratory Care License.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or a health care-related field of study.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist Neonatal-Pediatric Specialty credential.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
