About The Position
This is a lead position for refrigeration installation. The role involves leading a team and ensuring successful installation of refrigeration systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Refrigeration Installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and installation techniques.
- Experience leading a team.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA Universal Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Familiarity with industrial refrigeration.
- OSHA certifications.
- Additional HVAC/R certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration installers.
- Oversee and execute the installation of commercial refrigeration systems.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
