Responsibilities
- Manage and lead interview scheduling and logistics across multiple departments with precision and speed
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer
- Drive improvements in recruiting operations, identifying and implementing scalable processes and tools
- Train and mentor recruiting coordinators or new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency
- Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within our ATS and internal systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, or logistical challenges
- Act as the main point of contact for candidate-related communications and scheduling questions
