As the team grows, the Lead Recruiter may lead and develop a small team, establish recruiting standards, coach others, and help shape hiring practices at scale. This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at Carvana’s corporate headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including two or more years in high-volume or hourly hiring, plus experience leading, mentoring, or managing others. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
