About The Position

Carvana is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to join its Reconditioning Talent Acquisition (Ops TA) team. The recruiter will serve as the dedicated recruiting partner for 1–3 Reconditioning sites, depending on site size, owning full-cycle recruitment for site leadership roles and supporting hiring across a broad range of other positions. The role builds relationships with Reconditioning leaders, advises on hiring strategy, and develops proactive pipelines informed by business needs and the local talent landscape. As the team grows, the Lead Recruiter may lead and develop a small recruiting team, coach others on sourcing and candidate experience, and help shape how Ops TA hires at scale. This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at Carvana’s corporate headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. The position is full-time and salaried. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
