About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Recruiter within Talent Acquisition. This role will support Wealth and Investment Management (WIM), partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, Human Resources partners, and recruiting teams to deliver talent solutions in a fast-paced, highly regulated, revenue-generating environment. This is a highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups. The Lead Recruiter will serve as a trusted talent advisor, helping leaders navigate complex hiring needs, drive recruiting outcomes, and remove obstacles throughout the hiring process. The role also provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to recruiters while helping establish best practices and improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and key stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of business priorities, organizational dynamics, and talent needs.
  • Lead and influence recruiting efforts in a fast-moving environment where speed, quality, and business outcomes are critical.
  • Navigate complex hiring situations and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, confidence, discretion and sound judgment.
  • Remove barriers, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive solutions that enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to recruiters across the team, sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and supporting development.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Partner effectively across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compensation, Risk, and other enterprise teams to deliver seamless hiring experiences.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts that support broader Talent Acquisition objectives.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to all applicable policies, procedures, risk, and compliance requirements.
